"Shuttle Service"
Mr. Searcy,
I recently has some repair work done to my Dodge truck with you and had to use your shuttle service. And by the way, that service is a God send to me!
I wanted to tell you about the gentleman that was my driver. His name is Troy. I am always concerned with riding with other people, they scare me to death with their driving! This young an was the best driver I believe I have ever ridden with. He was so careful, waited at red lights to make sure everyone had stopped, never pulled out in front of another car and always looked and watched the traffic, never took his eyes off the road.
And too, when I got home he waited until I was in the house before he pulled off. Now how nice is that? Anyone else would have just drove off. And when we would start to leave, he never moved that truck until I had my seat belt on.
You sure got a good employee in this man! Give him a raise, he's really a good driver and treats old folks with consideration.
And by the way.....that was dirty pool sending me home in that "new Dodge truck", I already had new truck fever! Man that truck was nice!!

Lynn and Danny,
We just wanted to drop you a
short note to thank you for your patience and professionalism while we were out
looking for a car.
I had not bought a car in eight
years and you all actually turned a dreaded experience into a very pleasant
experience. When I called Danny and asked him to work up some numbers based on
a five minute conversation, I never thought I would end up buying a Jeep, we
were set on a Ford Edge, and I had you way in my back pocket as a long shot
option.
Needless to say, through a
couple of conversations, meeting you, and being treated as human beings and not
just a potential sale, we were hooked. Now all you had to do was reel us in,
and because of your honesty, follow up, and did I mention that the Grand
Cherokee ran circles around the Edge; we now own a great new Jeep vehicle.
A great deal, a great vehicle, a
great dealership, and did I forget to mention a great salesperson, and a great
sales manager made all the difference in the world. We are already telling
people about the car and the experience?.I have a feeling we will be sending a
lot of folks your way.

"Friendly & Helpful...Not Pushy"
In April of 2011 I went to Piedmont Automotive to look at vans. A very nice salesman by the name of Troy waited on me. He was very friendly and nice, not pushy at all.
I drove some 2010 vans and liked them but could not afford payments on them. The next day, Kenny Manley (Sales Manager) called me and said they had a 2007 Dodge Caravan that I might like. They let me drive it home to show to my husband. He drove it ans we went to Piedmont and made a deal.
A couple of months later my son and daughter-in-law went to the dealership and purchased a 2010 Jeep. They love it. Danny helped them. The people at Piedmont care friendly, helpful, family-oriented, not pushy. They do everything they can to help you.
