Two FCA Models Earned 2018 ALG Residual Value Awards

The Dodge Charger and Jeep Wrangler Both Snagged an ALG Residual Value Award

We’ve got some good news about the Jeep brand lineup and Dodge lineup—both have received the 2017 ALG Residual Value Award in their respective segments.

The ALG Residual Value Award recognizes models that hold onto their value and resist depreciation best.

The Dodge Charger won the segment of the “Full-Size Car,” while the Jeep Wrangler won the “Off-Road Utility” segment. This is the fourth time in four years that each model has won this particular distinction, and we’re hoping this next year turns this four-peat into a five-pear.

“Striking a delicate balance between traditional sedan and muscle car, the Dodge Charger represents the shifting trends in the full-size segment,” said Jim Nguyen, President of ALG. “A wide range of powertrain and comfort features ensures there is a perfect Charger for every personality. High performance teams up with high value as the Dodge Charger lands its fourth consecutive RVA.”

“Jeep and off-road utility vehicles go hand in hand, so it’s no surprise to see the Wrangler take home the Residual Value Award for the Off-road Utility segment,” Nguyen said. —from a November 30, 2018 FCA Press Release
