Used 2018 ToyotaPrius Two Eco Hatchback

I bought a Jeep rubicon a few months back and the ladies in the service department, especially Katherine Hinton have gone above and beyond every time I come in for an oil change or anything! I was so impressed with how quickly and professionally my issues were addressed and fixed that I bring my business vehicles to be serviced, I bring my girlfriends car, I even got my partner coming there instead of Big O. I have told my mother and step dad as well they said as soon as their warranty runs out they’ll come too! Keep up the good work guys!!!

Before we had even moved to SC, Piedmont Jeep came to our rescue. It was during the Christmas/New Year holiday and we had come up to the area to visit, when we noticed an oil leak under my jeep. We hoped it was nothing serious, but were met with other news. There was a major issue with the oil filter housing. It was a 5-hour job!! Piedmont seamlessly took care of everything. Since then, we've relocated to the area, and Piedmont has become a part of our Jeep family. From oil changes and tire rotations, to repairing the major issues, or handling simple recalls, Piedmont is where we go. Thank you to my service advisor, Kat Hinton, and the rest of the service members!! You're the best!!

I purchased new tires at a different establishment who was unable to provide me timely mounting and balancing for my Jeep Wrangler. I can't say enough about how my Service advisor Katherine Hinton went above and beyond what was needed. The jeep is lifted on a 2in Mopar lift and using 1.5in wheel spacers. During the installation the tech unfortunately broke off a lug nut for the spacer. She worked with her Service Manager and us and was able to resolve the issue that same day, working with an offroad business to help replace the spacer and get the tires mounted. I have zero issues when I know Katherine is involved with my service needs to my Wrangler.

I had Miss Katherine Hinton schedule all my oil changes and tire rotation and I was treated by her with the most professionalism that I have ever seen at any service department I have been to in over 40 years.
